Microsoft's Xbox 360 may have the first-mover advantage by shipping months in advance of Sony's PlayStation 3, but if you take the results of a recent survey at face value the next-gen Xbox is already falling behind in the console wars, in Japan at least.
Online market researcher Info Plant, via marketing data service C-News, has just released the results of a survey to gauge interest in the upcoming next-generation video game consoles that will begin hitting the market starting this holiday season with the Xbox 360. 1,000 Internet users between the ages of 10 and 59 were questioned about their expectations and purchase intent for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Nintendo Revolution. The participants were equally split into four age groups and each group was also divided equally for gender." [more]
