Xbox 360 Lounge Hits Japan
"Along with the recently announced launch date and price of the Xbox 360 in Japan, one of the more interesting items to come out of today's Microsoft TGS Press Conference was information related to the opening of an Xbox 360 Lounge this November in one of Tokyo's busiest retail areas, Omote Sando.
A few slides showed the current construction site with a huge Xbox 360 logo drape covering it, along with concept renderings of the building, indoor and out.
Microsoft is really pushing the concept of the Xbox 360 being a home, high-definition experience. The Xbox 360 Lounge will feature a number of different living room-like sections that replicate the home experience, complete with high-definition televisions and 5.1 home theater systems." [more]
