Tiger Woods 06 high resolution Xbox 360 screenshots

"Electronic Arts may have been passed over the NHL for Xbox 360 treatment but they are certainly giving Tiger Woods a spiffy new makeover based on these new screenshots.

The first two screens are taken from the 18th hole at Carnoustie Championshop course in Scotland. Realistic reflective water and what we hope is a dynamic sunset peeking through the clouds set these apart from current gen versions.

The last three screens are from the 18th hold one of golf's most famous courses, Pebble Beach. Again, it's apparent EA has put a lot of emphasis on the water, even more so than the grass that has an almost-to-perfect look to it. The cloud variety ranging from hazy to poofy also stands out. Speaking of stands, EA would be wise to fill them with spectators that react in real-time to the action on the green.
