No Sony PS3 at CES 2006

"According to sources at CES 2006, there will be no announcement of the Sony PlayStation 3 video game machine.

While there are no special announcements for the Sony PlayStation 3 at the Consumer Electronics Show. But, who started this rumour anyway? The Consumer Electronics Show isn't a video game conference.

I don't think Sony even planned to have any special announcements at the show in the first place, which makes all the sense in the world why they are going full-force at E3 in May. E3 is the annual video game conference show in Los Angeles, California.

Regarding E3, we will be there live the entire time via GameSHOUT Radio with exclusive interviews just like we've done for the past three years. Interviews will be streamed live to our website and we'll be covering the entire Sony PS3 unveiling as it happens." [link]
