I think that both systems will be amazing. I have a Xbox 360 and i love it. In the end there are things that xbox is better in and there are things that PS3 is better in, but when it comes down to it Alot of people like to play online and xbox has mastered that. Ps3 definitly will propbaly have a little better graphics and probalbly alittle faster but it's also coming out like way after the 360. Both will be phenominal systems but when it come to software and hardware things i trust microsoft more then sony. And a nother thing i could seriously throw a ps3 controler and it will come back to me. Its like a bommerang

the xbox360 is a cool system i think its going to beat ps3 this system isent all that ive played it i tested it its cool the graphics are awsome but not as better as the powerful xbox360 such as games like perfect dark zero and gears of war built with a e3engine its cool really reallistic people and other things but my idea is to get both systems because ps3 got good games like devil may cry an onimusha and others.

I think that both machines are going to be amazing. When it comes down to it people are going to favour different consoles. Some people will trust sony more and some will trust microsoft. To be honest though I think the ps3 will be a breath taking piece of equipment but I think the xbox 360 will blow me into the next dimension. I've read reviews on it and I can only fault it on one thing: the fact it will only be able to play some of the origanal xbox games. I'll be keeping my origanal xbox anyway so this isn't a huge issue.I know I'll enjoy my 360 just as others will too.

My brother has a xbox 360 and it is preety good but Im sure that PS3 will beat it with its Blue Ray graphics and motion detecter controllers but I bet 1,000,000$ on Gates to build the Xbox 360 New Verison to have a cheep blue ray and other great features Ps3 is going to WIN it preety obvious Ps3 ROCKS OUT LOUT ROL even if the ps3 has an advantage in most numbers of System Specs, the 360 still has a faster Memory Proccessing Capability so both sides have Strong Points and Weak Points, i own both xbox and ps2 and xbox 360, and am planning to get a ps3 as well but i doubt that sony has anything against Microsofts Halo Series, last time i checked the only Playstation had againts it was "KILLZONE" the so called halo killer... LOL that game killed itself... but i would'nt be surprise it they'll have anythin similiar because they basically got the whole ideas of online capabillities from Microsofts Xbox Live... i wouln'nt be surpise if sony will be once again known only for 1 player games and RPG's which i totally don't have time for...

Quick question. I hear that the X360 has a seperate power box like the slimmer version of the ps3. Is that true? Because im really not a big fan of that. I mean sure its healthier for the system but i just dont have a place to hide it. I have to cover the one on my ps2 with cat food so my mom's fat cat would eat on it and hide it for a little while.

if it comes down to software and technology,i would have to go with microsoft.however the graphics for the playstation3 i would say are better.also we have seen that playstation has come out with more games in the past,but it could g either way

i would say that the ps 3 is actually better than xbox 360 the graphics are better than the xbox 360.and the controller is easier to use for the ps3

Wow. I haven't seen so many retarded people comment on one thing, ever. It's pretty obvious that the majority of you have an xbox360 and are seemingly fixated on the idea that it blows Ps3 away. Honestly halo is old, I bought halo 2 and got sick of it in a week. Halo 3 won't change the fact that 360 doesn't stack up. Neither will xbox live. Ps3 hasn't even been released yet and people are defending their precious xbox with the hope that Sony's contribution to the industry doesn't make them (the people who own an xbox) look like idiots. xbox won't have 1080p dual display anytime soon, and as for your hopes of blu-ray, It will certainly be a long time... If ever, seeing as how Sony helped develop blu-ray and microsoft had no part in it. I would assume that xbox360 will never have blu-ray. Anyone who has a thought process that could be considered somewhat intelligent would know Ps3 is far superior to xbox in 90% of any stats you can conjure up.

It is obvious that none of you have done any research. Game developers have not been able to push the 360 to even a third of its capabilities. Even though the PS3 games could look better no game developer is going to take the time and money to do it. Especially since it is so much cheaper and easier to make a game for the 360. By the time it gets to the point where developers can make games better for the PS3 than 360 it will be time for the Xbox 420 to come out. all the extras on the PS3 are a waste of money. Do some research on how the processors for both differ and you will see the truth.

I own both systems now and if i'm truly honest the best has to be the xbox 360. The ps3 may have good graphics but the length of time to wait to get it has killed it. If anyone is planning to buy one im against it. It's highly priced and in my opinion a RIP OFF!

omg....does it realy matter what you got? aslong as u r happy and enjoying playing your console then that is fine. but i own a ps3 and i love it....yes i know it is very expensive and some people say it not worth the money but if you are happy with what you have bought then whats the point in arguing?
we all have different apinions about which we think is better but we are all different and we gotta accept that. but "personaly" iv had and xbox 360 and a ps3 and i preffer the ps3.
