"Governor Rod R. Blagojevich of Illinois has just signed a Safe Games Act, making it illegal to sell games rated M and above to people who are below the age of 18, essentially turning the M rating into AO. Here's the "Top Lists of Violent and Sexually Explicit Video Games" as taken from the Governor's site:
